Opening ceremony of the new TEKLAB laboratory at Riga Technical College, Latvia

TEKLAB is present at Riga Technical College (RTC) on Thursday 17th February for the opening ceremony of the new TEKLAB electrical laboratory.

TEKLAB has delivered RTC together with its partner Festo Didactic a new environment for general purpose electrical training. RTC is also going to use the laboratory as a working environment for industry related projects such as prototyping, testing and maintenance.

The opening ceremony includes a live demostration of how to use modern equipment for soldering printed circuit boards (PCB). Also measuring equipment is used to test that the PCBs operate correctly.

A number of directors and teachers from Latvian schools have been invited to RTC to hear the about the possibilities for building up a modern educational laboratory for electrical engineering. Also press and TV will be present at the event.
